Standard delivery details and tracking information will be provided directly in your dispatch email once your order leaves the warehouse.

Standard orders can be cancelled by providing written notice within 14 days of your delivery arriving on-site. For pre-ordered items, cancellations must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of placing your order to ensure a full return of your deposit before transit begins.

Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided they are completely unused, undamaged, and inside their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for arranging, financing, and securing the return transit.

All shipments must be inspected thoroughly upon arrival before signing for the delivery. We cover verified manufacturing defects that occur within 6 months of the purchase date with either a replacement item or a full refund.
